This Privacy Policy explains how Smash Labs Private Limited, operating as AdSmash.AI (“AdSmash”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use our AI video ad services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
Who is responsible for your information

Our registered office is 235, Binnamangala, 2nd Floor, 13th Cross Road, 2nd Stage, Indira Nagar, Bengaluru - 560038, India. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, work email, company, phone number, and any details you share when you book a demo, contact us, or onboard as a customer.
- Campaign and brand data: brand assets, messaging, advertising creative, performance metrics, and ad-account access you authorize us to use to provide our services.
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser information, and similar analytics collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
Meta advertising data
A workspace administrator may choose to connect Meta advertising accounts to AdSmash. The administrator authorizes the connection and selects which available ad accounts are linked to the workspace. The integration is read only: AdSmash does not create, edit, publish, pause, or delete campaigns, ads, media, or other assets in Meta.
When the Meta integration is authorized, we may store:
- Meta user id and display name of the person who authorized the connection, the granted permissions, and an encrypted access token.
- Ad account ids, names, currencies, time zones, and account status for the accounts you select.
- Campaign, ad, and creative identifiers and metadata.
- Daily performance metrics, including spend, impressions, reach, clicks, rates, conversion actions and values, return on ad spend, and video-engagement metrics.
- Downloaded creative media, including previews, images, and videos used to display and analyze those ads.
- Rankings, tags, analyses, and recommendations derived from that customer's advertising information.
We use this information only to synchronize the accounts selected by that customer, display advertising-performance dashboards, analyze creative performance, and provide recommendations or creative services for that same customer. We do not sell Meta advertising data. We do not share one customer's Meta advertising data with another customer. We do not use one customer's Meta data to train a shared model or to serve another customer.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve our services and website.
- To produce, deliver, and optimize video ad creative for you.
- To respond to enquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support.
- To send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
- To detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, storage, analytics, customer-support, and AI model providers; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. We retrieve data from Meta only when you authorize the connection; we do not create, edit, publish, or send campaigns, ads, or other assets to Meta. Service providers are permitted to process information only to provide their services to us and are subject to contractual data-protection obligations.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When it is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Disconnecting Meta stops future synchronization and removes the stored access token, but does not automatically delete information already synchronized. Workspace administrators can delete synchronized ad-account records in AdSmash, and any person can submit a verified deletion request using our Meta data deletion instructions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@adsmash.ai. If you connected a Facebook or Meta advertising account, see our Meta data deletion instructions. You can also request deletion from Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → Removed apps → Send Request.
International transfers
AdSmash operates across India, the UAE, the USA, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.
